Return & Exchange
Policy:
You can return or exchange the items within 7 days from the date of receiving your shipment.
The product must be returned in its original packaging (in its transparent layer), complete, in perfect condition with its original purchase invoice.
In case of receiving a faulty item, we guarantee to exchange it (only if the pump of the product is not primed).
Return Shipping:
The customer will have to cover the fees for the exchange/return orders.
For return fees, refer to the shipping and delivery page (insert link here).
Cash on delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
Returns Process:
Send an email to info@scentak.com
with the following:
Order number.
Product number.
Product name.
Product price.
Request (Return or Exchange).
New items.
Reason for return or exchange.
Indicate the suitable pickup time (Date and time between 10am to 5pm).
Note: If the payment is cash on delivery, please provide us with the full bank details to refund the money into your account.
We will review your request and will send you the Airway bell (Return shipment number) through E-mail within 48 hrs.
Upon receipt of the products by the shipping company, we will start the refund or exchange process.
If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be made to your card (within 4 to 14 days from the request submission)
If the payment was cash on delivery, the refund will be made to your bank account (within 4 to 14 days)
